    Why Data-Driven Care

Why Manual Muscle Testing Misses Too Much.

Manual Muscle Testing does not provide true objective data regarding the status of the shoulder. The results from this testing technique can vary based on the individual performing the testing. Because of this, the data is not overly reliable and is not repeatable from test to test.

    • Results from each test can be compared to each other
    • Strength throughout the entire shoulder motion
    • Easy to track data over a period of time
    • Printed reports that are easily shared
    • Clear thresholds for return to activity
    • Reports you can share with surgeons and coaches
    Timing Matters

    When should you get tested?

The best time to get tested is before you need the data. The second best time is right now.

Before a season or training block

Establish objective data on the status of your shoulder.

When pain starts to develop in the shoulder

Find what may be contributing to your symptoms.

Before returning to sport or work

Confirm your shoulder is capable to return with objective data.

Before returning to sport or work

Confirm with data that the arm is actually ready, not just less painful.
